Make a donation

Each year, we answer more than a million calls about animals and we rescue thousands of animals. But this is only possible with your help. We rely on donations to fund our vital services.

Donate items

Our RSPCA shops rely on the generosity of supporters like you to continue our essential work. Donating items such as clothes, bric-a-brac, books etc. that we can sell in our shops is crucial to helping the animals in our care.  Your contributions make a significant difference in improving their lives.

Help supply foodbanks

Our mission at the RSPCA South East Branch is to support the people of South East Somerset who are passionate about their pets. By supplying local food banks with pet food and other essentials, you play a vital role in ensuring that the animals we rescue receive proper nutrition. Your donations are key to maintaining their health and happiness.

This partnership not only benefits the animals but also supports the families who love them, ensuring that pets and their owners can stay together through challenging times.

Give your time

The RSPCA’s efforts are made possible by the dedication of volunteers. By giving your time, you help us provide the care and love that rescued animals need. Your involvement is invaluable in supporting our mission and making a positive impact on the lives of these animals.

Leaving a legacy

As a life-long animal lover, there’s no better way to show you care than by leaving a legacy. A gift in your Will for the RSPCA South East Somerset branch means you will always be there for animals at risk of cruelty and neglect.

In 1824, we made it our responsibility to protect and care for all animals, and never tolerate their abuse. It’s a promise to animals we’ve worked hard to keep ever since – and one that the people of South East Somerset have helped us to deliver, by remembering us in their Wills.

As we mark our 200th anniversary, over half of our work is funded by generous individuals who have left us a gift in their Will. These gifts are incredibly important and valued. They will help change the lives of animals in South East Somerset for years to come.

By deciding to remember us in your Will, you’ll help our local teams be there to rescue and protect animals in need, adapting to any new challenges the future holds. You’ll help us create a better world for every animal in our community.

Advice for donors

Whether you’re looking to give a regular donation, a one-off gift, or need to speak to us about an existing gift we’re here to help. We’re funded directly through you, the public, and every contribution, no matter how big or small, will go towards helping animals in need.

If you wish your donation to go to a specific appeal or you’d like to donate in memory of someone, we can do this for you. Just get in touch and advise us of your wishes.
